Miles is a business and supply chain analyst with experience supporting climate, energy, and industrial policy projects for Washington State agencies. His work focuses on research, quantitative analysis, and technical writing to support program implementation, regulatory development, and legislative reporting.
Before joining the firm, Miles consulted on projects including greenhouse gas inventories, industrial competitiveness studies, and regulatory impact analyses. He contributed to Greene Economics' Ecosystem Service Inventory and Asset Plan for the Washington State Department of Natural Resources, where he helped map and quantify the economic value of forests, aquatic lands, and working landscapes to guide state policy and investment decisions. Miles also specializes in data organization and workflow design—from standardizing citation systems to developing AI governance frameworks.
Originally from New Mexico, Miles is a photographer, competitive rock climber, and novice mountaineer. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance and operations & supply chain management from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business.
