An environmental and community economist with over 28 years of experience, Dr. Gretchen Greene strives to bring environmental and community values into analyses of economic risk and uncertainty. She is an experienced facilitator and has worked in a variety of different cultural environments from Mexico to Mongolia to Native American communities.

Rabia Ahmed
Principal Economist/Managing Partner

Rabia Ahmed loves working on socioeconomics and equity issues and has a background in economic development. Working directly with communities in many countries for over 17 years, she has a keen understanding of how eliminating social and economic inequities offers greater opportunities for economic growth.

Bea has nearly 30 years experience building public/private partnerships and managing programs that bring together employment opportunities, skill development, and the needs of local governments. She focuses on working with clients to address sustainability, climate mitigation, and climate resiliency analysis and planning.
